Life can be tough, I know the daily frustrations of trying to function, keep an upbeat mood and being productive. I have been a nurse’s aid for over 20 years and worked extensively with individuals living with chronic illness and pain. My self-care, at times, hasn’t been at it’s best. With all that life throws us, is it even possible to manage it better? Well, it is so true we can’t give what we don’t have.
